Our Return Commitment

At OMJ Auto Solutions LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Return is initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • Item is in its original condition (unused for new parts; uninstalled for used parts)
  • Item is in its original packaging with all labels, hardware, and documentation
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
  • Item has not been installed, modified, or damaged after receipt
  • Item is not listed as non-returnable above

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email info@omjautosolutions.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
  • Securely package the item and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship the return to the address provided in the RMA email
⚠ Do not ship returns without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the shipper at their expense.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective item or wrong item shipped by us: OMJ Auto Solutions LLC covers all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label
  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong order by customer): Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. OMJ Auto Solutions LLC is not responsible for items lost in return transit

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (within 3 business days of receipt), we will send you an email notification. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain items (you will be notified before any restocking fee is charged)
  • Your card issuer or bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer a full replacement or refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different part, initiate a return as described above and place a new order. This ensures the fastest fulfillment. If an exchange is due to a defective item, contact us and we will arrange a direct exchange where inventory allows.
