If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy provides clear procedures for returning products purchased on our store.

30-Day Standard Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the official delivery date of your item (as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking log) to request a return and refund.

Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a valid return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be in new, unused, uninstalled, and unaltered condition.
• The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging, including all boxes, manuals, hardware, documentation, and accessories.
• Moteurs, outboard motors, or power machinery must never have been filled with fuel, oil, or liquids, as doing so classifies the item as hazardous and un-shipable via standard carriers.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Charges

• Restocking Fees: $0.00 USD. We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs and arranging freight or package return unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate the Return Request: Email our support team at info@americanautoventures.store within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Once approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA.

4. Provide Tracking Details: Email the carrier tracking number to info@americanautoventures.store so we can track the incoming shipment.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your returned package is delivered to our facility, our technicians will inspect the product within 2 to 3 business days to confirm it meets our return eligibility guidelines. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Bank Transfer). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your banking institution or card issuer to post the refunded amount to your account balance.

Exchanges, Damaged, or Defective Goods

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@americanautoventures.store with detailed photos or videos of the issue. In cases of carrier damage or defective items, AMERICAN AUTO VENTURES LLC will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
