Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order placement date. Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories) may require additional transit time and may incur additional shipping fees.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, and dimensions. Any free shipping promotions or thresholds will be applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping eligibility applies to standard domestic shipping only, unless otherwise stated.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For shipments outside the United States, the recipient is fully responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are non-refundable.
OMJ Auto Solutions LLC is legally required to accurately declare the full value of goods on customs forms. We cannot mark shipments as “gifts” or undervalue them.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@omjautosolutions.com.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Shipments
- Damaged on arrival: Photograph the damaged item and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 20+ business days (international), contact us to open a carrier investigation
- Stolen after confirmed delivery: Once a carrier confirms delivery, OMJ Auto Solutions LLC is not responsible for theft. We recommend providing a secure delivery address
- Incorrect address entered at checkout: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (refused, unclaimed, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you. Re-shipment charges will apply. If you prefer a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
