OMJ Auto Solutions LLC stands behind the quality of the products we sell. This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased directly from omjautosolutions.com and complies with the U.S. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and applicable FTC warranty regulations.

New Parts — Manufacturer’s Warranty

New automotive parts and accessories sold by OMJ Auto Solutions LLC are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product type. Typical coverage includes:

Manufacturer warranty terms are provided in product documentation included with your shipment. OMJ Auto Solutions LLC will assist you in initiating manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

Used & Reconditioned Parts — OMJ 30-Day Limited Warranty

Used and reconditioned parts sold by OMJ Auto Solutions LLC are covered by our own 30-Day Limited Warranty against defects in the part as described at the time of sale.

This warranty covers:

• Parts that fail due to a pre-existing defect not disclosed at the time of sale
• Parts that are materially different from their description on the Website

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper installation
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, or modification
• Parts installed in a vehicle with pre-existing related damage
• Cosmetic imperfections disclosed at the time of sale

Warranty Remedies

If a covered defect is confirmed, OMJ Auto Solutions LLC will, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the defective part with the same or equivalent part
• Issue a full or partial refund for the defective part
• Issue a store credit

OMJ Auto Solutions LLC is not responsible for labor costs, towing fees, vehicle rental costs, or any other consequential expenses arising from a defective or incorrect part.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

• Parts installed by an unqualified person or in an unauthorized manner
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or environmental conditions
• Parts for which the warranty period has expired
• Consumable items (filters, belts, fluids) that have been used
• Parts purchased from any source other than omjautosolutions.com directly
• Damage caused by using the part in an application for which it was not designed

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Email info@omjautosolutions.com with your order number, part description, and a detailed description of the defect
• Include clear photographs of the defective part
• Our team will review your claim within 3 business days
• If approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY POLICY, OMJ AUTO SOLUTIONS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE.

Some U.S. states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Limitation of Warranty Liability

OMJ Auto Solutions LLC’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use of a vehicle, or costs of substitute transportation.
